Bodyshop X Summer Training Camp is designed to keep your athlete active during the summer months and increase their competitive edge for the upcoming season. Champions are made in the off-season. While others might be on the couch, here is the opportunity to take your skill and athleticism to the next level.

Bodyshop X Summer Training Camp is designed to improve speed, agility, strength and stamina over the course of 8 weeks. During training camp, each athlete will build a foundation for athletic success. We have a proven system that pushes each athlete to perform to their highest potential.

 

Pricing:

-Option 1: 2 Days/Week: $185 Until June 2

$195 after June 2

-Option 2: 3 Days/Week: $205 Until June 2

$225 after June 2

-Option 3: 4+ Days/Week: $255 Until June 2

$285 after June 2

 

Schedule:  

Youth Level (Ages 8-11):

Mon.- Thurs. 12-1 PM or 6:30-7:30 PM

Junior Level (Ages 12-14):

Mon.- Thurs. 2-3:15 PM or 6:30-7:30 PM

Senior Level: (Ages 15-18)

Mon.-Thurs. 2-3:15 PM or 7:30-8:45 PM

College Prep: (HS Grad or College Student)

Mon.- Thurs. 2-3:15 PM or 7:30-8:45 PM

All Ages: FIELD SESSION FOR SPEED, AGILITY, POWER AND TECHNIQUE

Friday: 5:30-7:00 PM
