Our nutrition staff is dedicated to educating you on food, nutrition, and how your body responds to the fuel you feed it.

BODYSHOP X NUTRITION PROCESS

1) Nutrition Questionnaire

-Our questionnaire is used to gather a better understanding of you and your needs.

2) Initial Meeting

-Our initial meeting is a face to face meeting to "fill in the blanks" from the questionnaire.  The information discussed in the meeting will be used to tailor your nutrition program.

3) Follow Up Meeting

-The main objective of this meeting is to implement your custom nutrition plan and answer any questions associated with it.

4) Progress Meeting

-This is an optional meeting that allows you and our nutrition staff to discuss the progress of your program.

5) Food Log Monitoring

-Allows our Nutrition staff to have continued engagement over a period of time.

Initial Meeting: $60
