My schedule made it hard for me to find a routine. My husband and I have 2 kids under 8 yrs old. I joined multiple gyms thinking I would actually go. When I did go, I didn’t know what to do. I did the same few things everyday. That was limited because I only knew arm exercises and wasn’t sure enough to try any others. When I started the online training program, I actually had a plan! I didn’t have to think about what I was going to do. The program has video examples, and if I’m not sure of something, I can message Bodyshop X through the App! I went from 161 lbs to 141 lbs. Numbers aren’t everything, but I didn’t realize how much I let myself go. I’m at a point now where I’m comfortable shopping for new clothes. FAQs:

Q: Will there be substitutions included for exercises that require equipment I don’t have access to?

Substitutions can be made within the program → video of how to do it (screen recording)

Q: I want to stay in shape, but I don't need to lose weight. Which program is best for me?

Weight loss will be a matter of calories in vs. calories out. If you want to maintain a level weight, make sure to eat equivalent to the amount of calories burned across your day.

Q: Will workouts be different every single day?

Our workouts are programmed to build on each other and to see progress from week to week. Exercises will change month-to-month.

Q: Can I switch between programs?

Yes, but the program will not start again until the current month of programming is complete.
