Bodyshop Athletics X

is a personal training, fitness, and bootcamp facility.

Bodyshop Athletics has been serving the midlands for more than 10 years. Bodyshop Athletics is the official Marine Corps Mudrun Training Facility and home of the American Youth Fitness Association (AYFA). Bodyshop Athletics began in Lexington and has two locations serving the midlands, Bodyshop Athletics, serving the Lexington area, and Bodyshop Athletics X (Bodyshop X), serving the Irmo area.
