Youth Fitness Training Schedule:

1) Ages 13 and up

Mondays and Wednesdays: 4:30-5:30 pm

Tuesdays and Thursdays: 5-6 pm

2) 12 and Under

Tuesdays and Thursdays 4-5 pm

3) Barbell Club

Mondays: 3:30-4:30pm

Tuesdays and Thursdays: 6-6:45pm

4) Soccer Skill, Speed, Agility, and Strength

Tuesdays and Thursdays: 4:30-5:30 PM
