1) First Meeting: During the first meeting, we perform an assessment. This allows us to learn more about you, set goals, and understand your current fitness level.
2) Trial Sessions: Everyone receives 2 trial sessions. During the trial sessions, we continue to assess your movement patterns as we do a sample workout.
3) Direction and Decision: After the trial sessions, we make recommendations based on the information we've learned over each meeting. Our goal is to help you reach yours. So we set goals, and show you how we plan on accomplishing them.
