Welcome to Speed, agility, and fitness for Women's Soccer

Our goal is to provide you with a way to improve agility, fitness, and conditioning for your games. Our women's soccer program is designed to keep athletes playing the game they love! We start with an athletic assessment that allows us to evaluate each of your current fitness levels, pin point needs of improvement, and discuss the goals for your training. This will be a great way to stay active during the off season/holiday season!

Monday and Wednesday: 6:30 - 7:30 pm

Prices

6 Weeks/ 1 Day: $60

6 Weeks/2 Days: $96
