How long have you been working out at Bodyshop Athletics X? 3 years! Absolutely love it!
What is your favorite food? Butternut squash! I tried it thanks to Time to Lose! :)
What is your favorite exercise? Bootcamp classes!
Did you have any goals? How have you accomplished them? My goals are to gain strength and flexibility, gain muscle tone, lose weight and strengthen my core for better posture and bone support! I have accomplished a lot since I started working out at Bodyshop X! I love the muscle definition, my strength and tighter core - still working on my diet to hit that goal - but losing weight with Time to Lose works!
Why is working out important to you? What keeps you motivated to pursue health? I love to exercise! I love how I feel when I am done and I love the challenges set before me each class! I love the girls in my class - they motivate me every day and challenge me to eat better, too!
What is one of your favorite or most memorable moments so far at Bodyshop Athletics X? There are so many days that I treasure from my workouts! The prayer time together to encourage one another and lift one another up! Laughter through the pain of difficult workouts! Encouragement from girls in my classes to get it done!
How would you describe your experience at Bodyshop Athletics X to a friend? It's the most fun and encouraging place to workout, work on nutrition and challenge yourself to be the best you you can be!
Is there anything you would like to mention? Love my trainer, Amy White and I am always grateful for Jason and Matt challenging me in whipping this body of mine into shape! Love the work through the process and will for years to come! :)
